The Terrex Trailrider GTX from adidas Terrex are men’s trail running shoes with a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane. With a lug depth of 3.5 mm and a sturdy outsole made from Continental rubber, these running shoes are best suited for firm and stony terrain. To protect your feet from sharp stones or sticks, a rock plate reinforces the sole construction.

Great control and weather resistance

A lightweight EVA foam midsole provides your feet with effective cushioning. With a stack height of 28 mm and a forefoot height of 20 mm, these trail running shoes are relatively flat, yet with an 8 mm drop they support rolling effectively – ideal for heel runners. In addition, the medium cushioning noticeably absorbs the impact of your stride, while also giving you enough sensitivity to feel the ground beneath you. On loose scree, these shoes offer excellent control without sacrificing comfort.

Plus, the GORE-TEX membrane not only ensures that your feet stay dry on wet trails, but also guarantees effective breathability. As a result, any sweat vapour inside the shoes evaporates easily to the outside, which helps to prevent your feet from overheating.
